Stratafold Observability — Pricing

A logs-and-traces observability platform priced per ingested gigabyte with separate retention tiers, two paid plans, and a 30-day free trial that does not require a credit card.

Pricing model

Stratafold prices ingestion separately from retention. Logs and traces both ingest at $0.42 per GB on the Team plan and $0.31 per GB on the Org plan. Ingested data is retained for 7 days at no extra cost; longer retention is billed at $0.06 per GB per month.

Plans

The Team plan starts at $99 per month and includes 25 GB of monthly ingest, five seats, and shared dashboards. The Org plan starts at $799 per month and includes 250 GB of ingest, twenty seats, SAML SSO, and audit logs. Enterprise pricing is volume-based and includes a 99.95% ingest SLA, sub-account isolation, and a named technical account manager.

Trial and contract terms

All workspaces receive a 30-day full-feature free trial without a credit card. Annual contracts are discounted 14% relative to monthly. Customers may downgrade at any point in their billing period; downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle and any unspent annual prepay is refunded as account credit only.

What is not included

Real-user monitoring (RUM) is a separate product line and is not bundled into any logs-and-traces plan. Stratafold does not currently offer profiling or session replay. Outbound webhook alerting is unlimited; PagerDuty and Slack integrations are included on all paid plans.
